Last I heard things were actually going pretty well, just not very public. Cases still active, most of the ones that were processed did find illegal activity.

I have no idea. It's going slowly, very likely on purpose. The AZ audits are in just a few days. Hopefully it provides undeniable proof and they have no choice but to take the case.
