Was wondering if there are precedences Chauvin can use in order to get an appeal.

Won't matter. If you haven't noticed, the commies have completely taken over our justice system. I hope I'm wrong and that justice does prevail, but I'll be surprised if Chauvin makes it a year in prison with the ghost of St. Floyd haunting him.
