Restaurant owner here... the cost to purchase 5 gallons of tea now equals the price of a keg of craft beer.

I assume you have already looked at alternatives but I’ll ask anyways, it’s it cheaper to brew your own and dispense from a food service grade container with spout like McDonald’s and some other fast foods? That liquid equivalent stuff doesn’t taste right anyway.
