Dylan roof - Traffic stopped and arrested without resisting or resorting to violence against the police.

Kyle Rittenhouse - Ran straight to police and turned himself in after shooting people attacking him.

The Syrian - Captured by police, but none of the toilet stream news reports report exactly how the captured him. He must not have resorted to violence against the police or he would likely have been shot back.
