I tried that for Carson City Nevada. It looks to me like actual missing person reports are needed or research the actual names of kids. The reports put out to the public are like a sieve, everything falling through a whole lot of holes of missing info. The fact that there are actual children's names on the detainee roster is just horrifying. Those kids must have been on some list somewhere -- cps? ( they are the biggest con job of all, though)
