Looks like the same person after being put through our judicial system - weight loss, signs of aging on a short time.

Guy’s basically on trial for his life, so I’d expect it take a toll. Plus angle of the head is different in each photo (facing upwards in the jumpsuit, straight ahead/lower angle in uniform). Maybe they’re different people, but I don’t think this proves it.
