I wish I had some good information on that, but I really don't know. I'm just not that tech savvy. I've only learned about all of these alternatives within the past year, after getting into the patriot/Q movement.
Tops for me are Brighteon (Specifically Health Ranger Report), Butchute, Rumble and telegram. Frankspeech I am sure will be good when the kinks are out.
Yw! For sure listen to Mike Adams. He is smart, well educated, always checks his sources well and interesting to listen to. He posts an update late at night for the next day under HRR. Search the new posts to find them.

Apps built using the protocol allow creators to upload their work to the LBRY network of hosts (like BitTorrent), to set a price per stream or download (like iTunes) or give it away for free (like YouTube without ads). There's also Rumble, GabTv, Clouthub & soon Frankspeech. I think there's another one, but I can't remember it right now.
I just remembered another one Brighteon.

You're welcome. :)
I upload to Bitchute. Seems to be the easiest. Playback can be a bit slow to start with some "buffering" but mostly it's OK.
