Always look at the root cause... police are called when a perp has a weapon, or is threatening people, or has a warrant for his/her arrest. And in all the recent cases I'm aware of, the perp tried to run or resist arrest. Apparently it's a THING to run or resist arrest or to argue with the po-po. Why?
