There are separat, specialized clinical trials for when we try to prove drugs are safe, or even "tolerable" by pregnant women. Even men of childbearing age need to be warned that their sperm can be affected and should avoid getting their partners pregnant. Now they are claiming it "all looks good"? Most drugs would be pulled from the market if we made these claims about pregnancy or effects on reproduction without doing targeted studies on it. And who in their right mind would sign up for the trials if they were trying to have kids or were already pregnant?
