The chemtrail "conspiracy theory" is just a distraction from geo-engineering, which can be used to cause such widescale suffering that it would make a world war look like a walk in the park. This is why the CIA created conspiracy theories in the first place. So the average TV watching zombie will have the reaction to think people are a crazy tinfoil hat wearing conspiracy theorist the second they start talking about weather modification.

Chemtrails is not conspiracy theory. chemical seeding is simply a tool in that tool box. There are many tools HAARP is one of them and is used in co cert to chemical seeding. Tjey out metals into the sir and HAARP is able to energize those particles if needed for whatever devious shit theyabre doing.
