Interesting question..

On a day when you see the chemtrails, check this website, it will give you details of the flights over your area, you will see that the H-H trails are from commercial aircraft, I'm guessing that the major Cabal owned refineries are adding something to the jet fuel supplies and mis-classifying the additives as something that sounds green and friendly.

Imagine this technology, scaled up and used by the military, in tandem with scalar/haarp - then we see "natural" disasters happening.
