https://mb.ntd.com/live-maricopa-county-audit-hearing_602290.html They judge put in a stipulation that if a 1 million bond to cover costs of delay. If no bond no delay.
Update: Judge just said he will be reviewing the policy docs Sunday so on Monday he can give a decision. Judge is asking for the policy audit documents tomorrow.
They are meeting again on Monday at noon but Judge also said something about 8am.
:(
He said the delay would start at 5pm, so they will finish out the day? The delay ends at 12pm Monday unless they can convince him (starting at 11am) to extend it.
He seemed like a good judge (within the scope of such things).
A quick look at his record has him presiding over juvenile and family courts for most of his time as a judge.....flag number one.
How is that a flag? If he is a good judge and presiding over such courts that would be a good thing. Similarly if he is bad. My "seemed like a good judge" was based on his approach. His overall response was the grant of minimal (and reasonable imo) relief, and to let the audit finish for the day and resume on Monday. Perhaps not great, but it could have been much worse.
If you have evidence of decisions in these "juvenile and family courts" that are red flags, then by all means present them. But just presiding over such is not a flag to me at all. It could easily go either way.

Flag.
That is not the same judge...
There is no such thing as "guilty by association". And when that association is this loosely connected, entertaining the idea is beyond ludicrous.
