Gates is much better known and hated than any president. He has also killed more people, many of them children. Gates is one of the wealthiest people on the planet. No president except Putin has ever made the top 100. He also can't just be voted out. It has to be one of the elite "untouchables". It will shock the world because it will shock the entire power structure. They will all know they are no longer safe.
