I had to visit the pulmonary doctor a few years ago, it was a very emotional visit. I just remember the doctor being very cold and blase about my health and under her white coat, she was dressed head to toe in black. I wish for the life of me, I could remember the ornaments she had on her necklace (they were long and dangling) but looking back on it - based on on she was dressed - I wouldn't be surprised to learn she worshiped Satan.
