Apologies for being late to the party, but who exactly are the auditors and how did they get the job of doing so? Could this be why the Democrats didn't put up the one million to stop it?

The company is from Florida.
"GOP senators have handed over management and funding of the quasi-public process to a private cybersecurity firm from Florida called Cyber Ninjas, whose chief executive has echoed false claims about fraud in the election."
Also interesting:
"The Cyber Ninjas chief executive has ties to several figures who played leading roles in attempting to subvert the 2020 election results...Logan has confirmed that he authored a document titled “Election Fraud Facts & Details” that was posted on the website of Sidney Powell...Logan also has worked with (Lin)Wood..."
It seems the company doing the audit is run by a patriot that knows there was election fraud. The problem is that now the Dems have ammunition to say there's a huge conflict of interest here.

This is the dems key talking point right now--trying to attribute the cyber ninjas to being conspiracy quacks. They will not talk about the facts of the methodology & transparency see https://azaudit.org/
I agree. I think they mention that in the article actually...something about how it shouldn't matter who does the audit when the whole process is transparent...I have to agree with that one...let's hope the power doesn't go out for an hour or more.
