If it weren't for the media, most people would just relate normally on a day to day basis. Few really care about another person's race/religion/sexual preference/etc. Most people have their own goals and lives to live and do not have much time or interest to be concerned with such things. It is the MSM shoving all these things in people's faces that even cause this to be an issue.
