Do you guys know about uniform machine code? It's a way of tracking what printer a piece of paper was printed from. edit: I meant "machine identification code" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Printer_steganography
So it’s probably a mark or marks based on proper paper and printing. This is what Jovan Pulitzer does to do a forensic audit of the ballots.
and also makes sense that they are using blacklights to look for the "watermarks"
