Also quit smoking by vaping. Vaping is not smoking. Water vapor is not smoke. Nicotine doesn't cause cancer. Inhaling combustion byproducts causes cancer - oh which there are none when vaping. Stay off the cigs and pay extra to get your juice. Haven't had tobacco in 3 years. Vape daily. My lungs again feel like they did when I was I high school.
