I quit smoking when I got pregnant a fee years ago. Best thing I ever did! I save a lot of money too. Please fren, if its even remotely on your mind to quit smoking cigs or vaping, please listen to that voice. Quit ?? Jesus will help you if you ask

This is the right answer... nicotine patches helped me. If I could quit during lockdowns where most of my time was alone with cigs and vapes, anybody can quit
