Use a calculator and mix it up. If your using the containers above make 250ml at a time. You can buy PG/VG in gallon sizes as well to save even more money. They last forever, just store them in a cool dark place (especially the nicotine solution).
I recommend not using flavoring as those are the chemicals that are most likely to cause health problems (and once you get used to it you never notice the missing flavors), but if you insist those are available as well from the same site as the nicotine. You might need to do some rigamorale to buy the nicotine (not sure, its been a while) but for 10 or 20 buck you can buy enough for a year or more depending on how much you vape/nicotine concentration.
I personally haven't bought the nicotine in a couple years. I used this make your own method to wean myself off of it. I still vape, but its pure VG/PG mixture now. I used lower and lower nicotine in each batch as I made it. Starting at 2%, then 1.5%, then 1%, then 0.5%, then 0%. Frankly, I never even noticed the difference.
While buying hardware can be difficult, you can buy what you need to mix your own juice fairly easily. Its also 1/10 the price (or less).
Just buy the nicotine.

Only thing I say about DIY is be patient, takes a little while to get the formula down to something you like.
As for coils, I got tired of fucking with them. I just buy the replacement coils like a lazy bastard.
