Yes! Any executive order or action that Sniffin Joe has shoved through at breakneck speed could immediately be rescinded by the Victor (president Trump). And any of Trump's EOs that brain dead Biden slashed could be reenacted. Of course anything passed by both Houses and signed by the Resident Joe during his occupation is a different story. I'm not sure how that would play out.
