Wow don’t mind me. So tired I actually can’t tell right from left. Joni Ernst is on the left and actually has popcorn.

It looks like it says KSTARS. Could be K-Staters, a name for students and alumni of KSU. KSTARS appears to be an open source astronomy platform at first glance.
