And it won't be Fauci. Even though the UK is far less insular that the USA, nevertheless the UK has its own chief medical officer (or whatever he/she is called). Although many brits have heard Fauci, they probably don't recall his name and think he's just another Trump adviser. Many countries probably haven't heard of him at all.
