And I just watched a video on the Battle of Athens. Coincidence? A civilian population goes 'vigilante' against corrupt elected officials, a prolonged gun battle ensues until the citizens secure the actual ballots to insure a fair count. Athens , Tennessee August 1946. No one was ever charged with a crime.
