These people want to kill us all. Don't wear masks and do the opposite of everything these demons say. FUCK YOU BIDEN!

If you're wanting Zinc from a dietary source, seeds are a much better way to get the straight nutrients from. Not having meat on hand doesn't mean the end of the world. You can get a good balance of nutrients even if you don't eat meat, which is vital to learn and understand if you are unable to procure meat or wish not to eat it.
Plenty of countries, time periods and ethnicities have survived on low or zero meat. It's more important to get a very varied diet than it is to have meat. The American diet is lacking in a lot of things.
Magnesium being more important than Zinc.
Meat doesn't have lectins and phytoestrogens, though. Or phytates, which block the absorption of zinc, iron, magnesium, etc. Or saponins and tannins, which also prevent nutrients from being absorbed.
"good balance of nutrients", "seeds are a much better way" -- lol, no. Iron? B-12? Fats and cholesterol?
Oysters, for some reason, have absurdly high amounts of zinc. Don't eat oranges after your meal, the citric acid will interfere with the zinc uptake. Not sure exactly how, just passing on what I've read, basically.
Liver is another good source, and also has vitamins, etc, that muscle meat doesn't have.

It can be (given that the cattle has grazed on the right grass and the ground the grass is growing on is nutrient rich), but it's important to know you can get it from other sources that aren't meat.
Hemp seeds have similar amounts in grams of zinc as 100g of ground beef, so there is that.
I don't agree with Biden, or this push to take meat away from people, but meat does have its own issues with digestion in the body. Especially cooked meat. You lose nutrients when and how you cook it, as well.
It's mind-boggling to me that some people are smart enough to support Trump & believe in Q, but dumb enough to believe vegetables are healthy.
The optimal human diet is simple. Raw meat/organs, raw dairy, & a little fruit during the summer time. No salt. Minimal water (1-2 cups daily) because raw animal fats are very hydrating.
Anyone who criticises this diet has never tried it. Just because your taste-buds have been re-programmed to enjoy kale chips and hummus doesn't mean you can't rediscover your primal instincts. You know, the ones that involve tearing into raw flesh.
Learning to love raw meat over the past 2 years and dropping my baseless fear of bacteria has been my personal 'Great Awakening'. World is way brighter now because my brain function is restored to near optimal.
Some people have been putting diesel in their petrol car for their whole life... no wonder the body runs a bit rough. Anyway, I don't comment here often. Human nutrition gets me fired up. WWG1WGA & fuck seeds
Hard to find many people who eat this way nowadays. But they do exist. https://firstwefeast.com/eat/2016/05/oldest-woman-raw-eggs
