There are alot of black patriots on here. They want the same things everyone else does and they are important to the message and goal.

I am guilty of racist comments. I hate that I have been. I hate that I feel the way I do.

I didn't start out feeling like this. I used to believe everyone should respected (at first) and that people shouldn't be judged by the color of their skin.

BUT

I was fired because a black HR director determined that the basic standards for the position I managed was not CRT compliant.

I just expected my employee to get invoices and payments in ON TIME.

Nothing TOO crazy, but because of this I was not being fair to the employee (black) who could not manage to get off her phone, stop talking all day to others, take some initiative, and expedite her process.

Instead of getting rid of the bad employee, she got rid of me using this CRT BS.

I made close to $100k a year. I worked hard to get that job. I worked hard at my job. I had pride in my work. I committed to doing a good job.

BUT NO...I got ousted because of CRT.

I struggle to not be so angry about it. The harm it has caused me.

I should do better to not be racist.
