You both make good points, but I'm inclined to error on the side of caution as well. There's too much at stake.

There are MILs who drop juice like this who use random garbage Twitter accounts. It's so they can keep stealth (i.e. who'd ever expect etc. etc.). Is this one of those? Impossible to know. (Let's hope though!)
