One additional thought. If the audit flips either the House or Senate, or both then everything passed in this Congress becomes invalid. Hopefully logic applies here because people illegitimately holding a Congressional seat cannot legitimately make laws.
Hell, if even one seat flips, the entire Congress is illegitimate. No such thing as a mostly-legit congress.
That includes their unconstitutional attempt to make DC a state
