So what is something we can take over the counter that can help get rid of parasites if indeed there are any in the body? This link seems to suggest taking vitamin C, but I'm guessing there's other stuff too?

I know a few plants and herbs are anti-parasite.

Papaya seeds, oregano oil, cats claw, etc.
