Will the mRNA modified blood be in the distribution of jabbers donate?

Would it be filtered enough to be "just blood"?

Would it modifying the new clean host?

This is what I found so far: (1) Red Cross IS ACCEPTING donations from jabbers.

(2) Does this mean the antibodies are left in the blood and will they "help" the reciepient build antibodies?

"The American Red Cross is testing all blood, platelet and plasma donations for COVID-19 antibodies. As part of that effort, plasma from whole blood donations that test positive for COVID-19 antibodies *** may now help current coronavirus patients*** in need of convalescent plasma transfusions."
