I can not personally confirm this intel. Supposedly they will test the paper on some select ballots for their paper composition. They will be testing to see if any of the paper contains fibers from Bamboo. The presence of Bamboo in the paper would prove the ballots are from foreign countries and most likely China. No USA ballots should have any presence of bamboo. Possible also they test the ink used to print ballots, if fraudulent ballots are not carefully printed with duplicate ink mixture this can be identified as well.
