It may be just language used there in medical stuffs, but still interesting, here archived and pdf reuploaded

Thanks for the pdf, looks like someone tried to archive it but the site only saves the top of the first page. Medical language, yeah, could be a way of disavowing any liability maybe? We don't know if it's going to cause problems so let's just get the worst case authorized, strewth? Doesn't seem legit, though? The news stories are probably going to say they were hacked.
