Whelp - when you look at those facts it seems pretty obvious. We don't actually know what WMD were on that ship (headed for Rotterdam)... nuclear, chemical or biological? And was Rotterdam the target or just a stop along their route?

It’s next port of call was to be Rotterdam, then it was to go onto Bremerhaven( Germany) before its final destination on this trip Felixstowe ( England).
