Don't remember why, but one Q post left me with the impression that the name of the first arrest would start with a B.

IMO; Bush, Biden, Barack, or Bill Gates would fit as an arrest that would shock the world. Biden or Bill being the top.
Biden - Shock the world to see the president get hauled off. Bill - Shock the world to see a global 'philanthropist' be arrested for crimes against humanity.
