Aside from the 6 fingers and the sperm on his temple, his left arm from elbow to shoulder resembles an erect penis. I didn't see it at first, but when it was pointed out you can't miss it.

Can't be seen in this image as it's poor quality but go look for a high res version and zoom in. No way it's a coincidence.
