I believe ghosts and aliens, if they exist are demons meant to confuse and draw us away from God. Jesus died for man. Hence why he was 100% man, 100% God. It's possible aliens are just another life form created by God, but what about their salvation then? God has done so many things that we are unaware of, but I'm not going to stray outside of what He has told us about creation. He said He made us in His image. Nothing else, us.
