Well, their first stop would be Gitmo. Then a military tribunal and then justice will be served. We all know what the sentence for Treason is. I just say Gitmo because as a Christian, I wouldn't want to say "put to death." It wouldn't sound very good. But, yes you are right, they will be exterminated by the Military.
