If only there was a functioning Justice system.

The Military wouldn't need to take over the entire Country to fix this,

If the Military took over the courts and LEO organisations and imposed Military Law, while temporarily suspending Civil law, that should be enough.

No more paying crooked officials to make sure that you skate.
