The north gate on Encanto is closer to the coliseum. The south gate on McDowell is a narrow path between some exhibit buildings and a fence, then the parking lot. Parking is free which is really weird, they love the ticket money. When the fair or gun shows are on, people often park in various vacant lots across the street and the residents rent their driveways. I infer they aren't expecting many people.
