I very well could be wrong, but to me, it doesn’t look like a positive for our side of the aisle.
Well if we want to play the trust the plan game, the optics would be misdirection. Make it seem like you're taking down rudy, instead of legally collecting evidence into the record. However as much as I trust the plan, who knows if this is part of it. To me it seems like a takedown to offset the az audit. Once again, they can't go after the teflon don, but they go after his associates.
