It's only a theory for now. I don't want people getting the wrong idea and shill for the FBI. Some users aren't a fan of this theory but I have no choice but to consider the possibility.

Real black hat FBI would have confiscated the laptop ASAP and tried to destroy it as soon as they get their hands on it. The fact that they let Rudy keep the evidence and allow it to remain in circulation is something I cannot ignore.
