I mean... if he’s truly a former president... what power would he have to hold Ducey fully accountable? His wording is precise.
My guess is that he is still commander & chief of the military even though Biden may be head of the civil aspects of the country. I know this seems odd & unconstitutional but don't forget that it was the US military that seized all those dominion machines all over the world. The joint chiefs would know WHO the real commander & chief is & would HAVE TO obey him, Donald J Trump. They do not deal with the civil aspect of the country except in rare instances as we may see in AZ if the governor does not act appropriately.
This is my guess. "Will be" are very exact words & he always gives fair warning.
