Honestly. This isn’t terrible. 18 year olds can be fucking dumb. Some can be quite capable at a young age but on average they are foolish, immature, and lack experience. This can give them time to develop more before being released into the world.

Ultimately, this will depend on the curriculum as to how how much of a positive impact it will have on students.

My fear is that it would incorporate 4 extra years of indoctrination and brainwashing with liberal propaganda.
