Interesting. UK is making progress.. US is making progress.. meanwhile here in Canada they're doing their best to pretend we're in the midst of a third wave. "Record numbers". Some provinces are imposing travel restrictions for the first time since the Plandemic started.
I have not worn a mask yet either and last time I went grocery shopping, I was met by a security guard at the entrance. That was a first.. I walked past him smiled, after I passed him he said "hey, mask!". I turned around and said "pardon me?". Him:"You have a mask?" Me:"No" Him:"You can't come in without a mask. there's a sign on the door" Me:"I know there's a sign on the door. I've been shopping here for months with no mask" Him:"You can't be in here with no mask" Me:"Have you actually read the mask bylaw?" Him:"You have an exemption?" Me:"Yeah.." and I walked away and did my shopping.
The time before that, some dude chirped at me for not wearing a mask. First time in 13 months.
So, not surprisingly, Canada is ass backwards from the progress other places seem to be making.
That's not encouraging news for US Alaskans, since we have to travel through Canada if we're traveling by car to the Lower 48 (which many of us do). Right at the time when our ferry system has been drastically cut back due to budget issues. It's time to open these countries back up again!
