Had Trump NOT pushed the Vax we would have lockdowns for 5 years (we just got through ONE year! Can you imagine 4 more years?).
A 5 year lockdown does 2 things:
Gives DS time to get FDA approval (they can then MANDATE the vax)
Creates the MOST amount of people screaming for a vax to "get back to normal."
Remember, the Vax was coming down the pipeline ANYWAYS - regardless if Trump said anything or not.
Tough decision for sure (as are all war decisions). But Trump essentially forced the DS hands. Had he not, then imagine how many more would die from lockdowns and forced vaccinations?

But then why is he still forcing it now? He knows how dangerous it is and how people are dying.
