Lotta pedes here saying this is the WH - it's actually the Ellipse - sometimes marine one lands there.

FWIW it IS a dump and was in much better shape before people started "peacefully protesting" and the whole area got fenced off.

I was there recently and my wife and I were both cracking jokes about how bad the lawn has gotten.
