Tomorrow's News Today: Cash to be outlawed because it's too easy for criminals to use. Next, only microchip money will be allowed so that the government verify that any particular purchase was made by you.

A third-of-a-billion is pocket-lint to the Cabal. Like most "anti-crime" initiatives, it's about selling the idea of fighting crime as justification for increased government control, and driving out competition to Cabal criminal syndicates.
