With the emerging International Travel requirements for entry concerning Covid. Has any one come across a definitive Accepted Prophylaxis alternative?

The establishment will never admit that HCQ or Ivermectin works as a prophylactic. They don't care about facts, they care about making the entire world take the jab and die.
