Trump is a businessman, probably a shit ton of his wealth is hard assets and tied up in projects, this keeps his overall earnings low for his taxes. It's pretty basic to maximize profits while making your income low for taxation purposes.

100% his taxes are squeaky clean and there's nothing to get him on there.
