Mediafire is still alive, you get 50 GB with a free account but idk if you can directly link to a video file.

TikTok videos are only a minute long tho so you can just open a Gab account and upload them there, then right click on the video and select Copy Video Address, and then just paste that .mp4 link in here and the video shows up inline. Edit: Probelm tho is video needs to be 16:9 or else GA.win crops it
